When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, at busy period this may be extended, we will pop a email to you once the item has left us. 
Why is my order taking longer than the original lead time?

Rest assured, we haven't forgotten about you. Sometimes manufacturing delays occur, but we will add extra treats to orders experiencing longer-than-expected lead times.
I ordered an in-stock item. When will I receive it?

In-stock items are typically processed within 2-4 working days. As a family-run business, we prioritise attention to detail and the safety of our team while aiming to dispatch your orders promptly.
I received a dispatch notification, but my goods have not arrived.

All tools are sent via tracked post. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email us at hello@navyprofessional.com. We can track the item for you and provide a tracking number upon request.
Will my order be split and items sent as they are ready?

To minimise environmental impact, we usually send all items together. However, for orders over £50 (excluding international orders), we can arrange to send items separately as they become available upon request.
What are the current lead times for items?

Almost all items are currently in stock, any items on pre order will show a approx date of arrival in their description. The lead times shown at the time of your order are generally accurate. We always strive to fulfil your order within the original lead time or sooner.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to over 100 countries worldwide and have international distributors around the globe you can check if there is a distributor in your country here 
Will I have to pay customs fees if I live outside the UK?

Orders placed after 1st January 2021 may be subject to customs fees. Orders placed before Brexit that included VAT will generally not incur additional taxes, but exceptions exist. Please check with the destination country.

USA Update - From August 29, 2025, U.S. law requires all orders to have customs duties and import taxes prepaid. These fees will now be calculated at checkout so there are no surprise charges on delivery. For further information please email us on hello@navyprofessional.com

Can I get a PDF invoice for my order?

Yes, you can download a PDF version of your invoice when you receive your dispatch notice.
What is the RRP on retail products?

The recommended retail price (RRP) for each product is available on our website in the item description.
Can I add to an outstanding order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add items to orders once they have been processed through checkout. If your order was placed within the last 24 hours, please contact customer care, and we may be able to assist manually.

Returns
Can I return my order?

Due to hygiene restrictions, our tools, hygiene, and skin collections are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect or are deemed faulty.
Do you offer free returns

Due to increased shipping costs, we do not offer free returns. To initiate a return, please email us first to inform us of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We ask that the returned item(s) be safely wrapped and correctly posted. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for the item until it reaches us. Proof of purchase and warranty documents may be required.
