When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, at busy period this may be extended, we will pop a email to you once the item has left us.
Why is my order taking longer than the original lead time?
Rest assured, we haven't forgotten about you. Sometimes manufacturing delays occur, but we will add extra treats to orders experiencing longer-than-expected lead times.
I ordered an in-stock item. When will I receive it?
In-stock items are typically processed within 2-4 working days. As a family-run business, we prioritise attention to detail and the safety of our team while aiming to dispatch your orders promptly.
I received a dispatch notification, but my goods have not arrived.
All tools are sent via tracked post. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email us at info@navyprofessionalsa.co.za. We can track the item for you and provide a tracking number upon request.
Will my order be split and items sent as they are ready?
To minimise environmental impact, we usually send all items together. However, for orders over R1500 (excluding international orders), we can arrange to send items separately as they become available upon request.
What are the current lead times for items?
Almost all items are currently in stock, any items on pre order will show a approx date of arrival in their description. The lead times shown at the time of your order are generally accurate. We always strive to fulfil your order within the original lead time or sooner.
Do you ship internationally?
